When the lawyer everything goes
It is in the heart of Peru, on the Pacific coast and in the Andes mountain range that our organic avocados grow.
And it is from the avocado that we extract Avocado Perseose®, our flagship active ingredient for strengthening babies' skin barrier.
Zero Waste Lawyers
Grown in the heart of the Andes mountain range, the organic avocados destined to become Perséose® have a special feature: they come from the circular economy.
Concretely, this means that we recover unsold avocados that were previously excluded from food consumption and then transform them into active ingredients for the skin.
Our local impact
Under the control of the UEBT (Union for Ethical Bio-commerce), we have set up a responsible supply chain in Peru with 3 commitments: respect for the environment and reforestation in the maintenance of biodiversity, encouragement of good agricultural practices and traditional know-how, and establishment of sustainable relationships in order to guarantee fair prices to producers in the long term.
Based in Lima, our plant raw materials processing entity employs 35 people.
Our active ingredient to protect babies' immature skin
Avocado Perseose® is a mixture of sugars, the function of which is to accompany the fruit in its development and maturation.
It fulfills a similar mission for the baby's skin from birth:
- it participates in the development of the skin's barrier function, by strengthening the production of its key elements (proteins and lipids),
- and it protects the cellular capital of the immature skin of the young child, like a shield of skin cells, in the event of aggression.
